Beginners Yoga Workshop

Starting 2/13 for 4 weeks I will be offering a

Beginner’s Yoga ONLINE Workshop.

In a beginner class, expect a lot of instruction centered around alignment. Each pose will be heavily instructed and questions are encouraged. In these classes, I stress the use of props, learning how the use of blocks and straps can deepen your practice.

For anyone working with an injury (and most are!), the slow pace and the detailed instruction help you work safely within the limits of your own body.

If you have always wanted to try yoga but are not comfortable just dropping into an open level class…this beginner’s workshop is ideal for you and will support your confidence to participate in other classes.

We will cover the basic asanas (postures), alignment, breathing, modifications.

Each class will be 1 hour & 15 min. 9:45am – 11am.

Some of If you don’t want to go out and purchase these items, you can use cleansing wipe canisters, bathrobe strap/belt.
