So often… many of you reach out to me and ask what do you eat? What do you drink? How come you have so much energy?

As always I try my best to share with you what has worked for me on my journey of health to regain energy, to rid my self of brain fog, and to overcome yo-yo dieting. I have used supplements, changes in the food I eat and lifestyle changes. All of which I try to share with you weekly.

Since these have been a common questions recently, I thought it was excellent timing to mention Matcha Green Tea!! After all Fall is here and I enjoy drinking hot tea and this is definitely a top go to. (although you can drink it cold too).
