One of my very kind yoga students shared this Plant Based Diet Challenge Recipe Booklet with me. After looking through it, I couldn’t wait to share this with you!! This is from the University of California Davis Campus.
This would be an ideal way for each of you to either expand your current repetoire or at least kick start one!!
Many of you know that I have been more plant based than not since January however I do on occasion eat meat, egg, fish and other sources of protein. I really go with what my body feels it needs. Food really does affect the way we feel.
So learning to listen to your body is KEY!!
Once you have downloaded your booklet, take some time to look the recipes. Choose and circle the ones you will make for 5 days. Write them down and then create a shopping list!!
