I am an integrative health coach, yoga instructor and author of RELAUNCH YOUR LIFE FORCE.

I designed the 7 day Smoothie Challenge because I wanted a simple way to add more fruit and veggies to my diet so I could have more energy. I didn’t want to experience the crash that came with so many of the fruit smoothies I had been introduced to.
