More than ever you want to be that pillar for your loved ones and community, but after a couple of years of pandemic ( and the looming recession), you know this.

Each week we will meet via zoom online for 1 hour.

Additionally, we will talk about ways to shift and support your mindset.

Sessions will be recorded and posted in the facebook forum.
