Each week we will meet via zoom online for 1 hour.

Additionally, we will talk about ways to shift and support your mindset.

We meet Mondays 11/15 – 12/20 for 6 weeks @7pm. 
Sessions will be recorded and sent to participants if you need to miss. 
6 week participation is highly encouraged as each session builds upon the next.
