I used to harbor so much guilt if I wasn’t busy working, taking care of family, or doing things for friends. It is crucial for you to feel your best in mind, body, and spirit so you can show up as your best self for those around you.

I help midlife women who feel overwhelmed and stressed, learn how to prioritize themselves so they gain energy, mental clarity, and improve digestion. They learn to adopt habits and rituals that help them heal and age gracefully. Using lifestyle tools from Ayurveda and other modalities, my clients learn to thrive in their bodies and their lives.

  • As a cancer survivor I was grateful for my life and thankful to be in remission. After treatment I thought I would simply return to my "old" life and carry on as I did before. I felt lost a discouraged and the stresses and pressure of life felt overwhelming. I turned to yoga to help ease my bodily discomfort and calm my mind and in the process found Ivette. She has been instrumental in helping me to find balance and create healthy boundaries. My time with Ivette has given me the space to heal and nurture myself in order to maintain the energy I need to juggle the day to day pressures of work, family and friends. I have been able to to regain connection to myself and find acceptance. I now feel more comfort and ease as I move through my day. Ivette has truly helped me and guided me through these first stesp of healing and reconnection.
